FRENCH LEMON BARS
Crust: ¾ cup
butter
1/3 cup
powdered sugar
1 ½ cup
flour
Blend together and pat into 9” x 13” baking dish. Bake at
350° for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Top: 3 eggs,
well-beaten
1 ½ cups
sugar
2
tablespoons fresh or bottled lemon juice
Mix and pour over crust, and bake 20 minutes more at 350°.
When done, dust with powdered sugar.
